CLIENT A
9 months of delays and stress.
My flat is half finished, not liveable, no toilet installed, no grouting, no electric fittings, windows without glass, door without a top arch. Thousands lost!

A few notes (In hindsight) for potential clients employing any building company:
1) Do not pay large deposits upfront, ask for some written assurances / guarantees, protect yourself.
2) Ask for a contract, signed dated and witnessed. (Not just a quote)
3) Ask for a schedule of dates for part payments on completion.
4) Ask to have receipts for services / products / guarantees purchased on your behalf (I received none)
What initially started of so well, has quickly descended into a 9 month nightmare and losses of time, money and stress.
CLIENT B
Nooooooooo. Do not use. Started off well. Said our renovation would take 12 weeks, 8 months later. He won’t answer emails or phone calls. We have been left feeling helpless, frustrated and let down. Been emailing and calling for a couple of months. I know of other clients who have had the same experience. I’ve paid for expensive kitchen appliances and finishings which I haven’t received. I’m in a different country so Andrew is taking advantage of this fact. We can’t just turn up at his office. Perhaps my appliances went on holiday with him and his family to Sydney in Australia for 3 weeks and he forgot to bring them back????? Anyway we have been worried and imagining all sorts of scenarios so we have changed locks and have had to pay for a new reliable builder. So we are out if pocket by a considerable amount. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!!!
